You know that situation you’ve been avoiding. The one you sometimes act like it doesn't exist. The one that feels draining the moment you think about it.

The one you know you need to make a decision on, but somehow never feel like you have the capacity to deal with.

So you keep pushing it off to the side...

The Pivot Point is for that moment.

What This is

The Pivot Point is a short, focused tool (digital workbook) that helps you make one clear decision about

one situation.

People use it when they’re tired of carrying something undecided and want that energy back.

It guides you through a series of questions that help you:

  • stop the background mental pull of a situation that hasn’t been decided

  • see what’s actually true right now, instead of spinning in possibilities or emotions

  • make a grounded decision you can stand behind

  • identify one clear next step, so you’re not stuck revisiting it

This tool doesn’t promise life transformation.
It’s not hype or spiritual fluff.

It’s a step toward honesty and that’s actually the part that matters.

What This Is Not

This tool does not process emotions. It doesn't ask you to bypass

your feelings, they're just not the focus.

It's not therapy.
It does not help you plan your life or analyze possible outcomes.

It helps you decide what to do next.

Short. Direct. Grounded.

Why This Exists

Untitled design (3).png

You avoid confronting some situations because you

feel the weight of them. Thinking about them feels exhausting.

Even if the situation isn't life-changing, it can still feel heavy.

You worry about consequences and hurting someone.

You want to make the “right” choice. You don't want to regret anything.

So you keep thinking, and thinking, and thinking.
You convince yourself you're "processing", m
eanwhile, nothing moves or changes.

I know this pattern too well, I’ve lived it more times than I'd like to admit.

I’ve avoided decisions by overthinking them, processing

them emotionally, turning them over from every angle,

worrying about how they’d affect others, convincing

myself the situation was just “too complex", and so on.
It's like theres a big pile of dirty laundry behind me and

I'm just avoiding to look back at it,

as if that made the dirty laundry disappear.

What I didn’t see at the time was how heavy that was.
How much (unnecessary) space that took in my life.

Carrying something undecided became more draining than actually making the decision.
If affected my health, my relationships and my work.
I developed a leaky guy, food intolerances, my relationship ended, my money situation was worsening, I wasn't getting any clients, etc. I was in a constant state of anxiety and stress. And while I'm not saying that my indecision was the sole reason for these things that happened in my life, it was definitely one of the main culprits.

Avoiding felt safer...but it actually wasn't.

And once I finally did make a decision; a decision to take my life back and make conscious decisions, the relief was immediate.
I felt lighter.
I had more energy.
Movement came back.

And that's exactly why this tool was designed.
It won't change your life overnight, but it will stop you

from hiding behind indecision.

When This Works Best

This tool works best for decisions about:

  • continuing something

  • changing how you’re doing it

  • letting something go

That might look like:

  • a job or role you’re unsure about

  • a project, business/idea you keep carrying but never move on

  • a relationship or dynamic that needs a decision

  • a commitment you’ve outgrown but haven’t addressed

  • an opportunity you don’t know whether to say yes or no to

It’s especially useful when:

  • something keeps looping in your mind

  • you feel pressure but don’t know why

  • you’re tired of thinking and ready to choose

If you’re choosing between two options (A vs. B), work

through the workbook one option at a time.
Clarity comes from looking at each path honestly, not comparing them in your head.

If the same situation keeps coming back into your mind and bringing a sense of pressure or heaviness, this tool is for that.

How It Works

This process takes about 30-45 minutes and is meant to be done in one sitting.
The tool walks you through a clear structure that helps you:

  • identify what's costing you energy

  • see where your energy is actually going

  • name one clear decision

  • take one concrete action

You’re told exactly what to do so that you don’t need to
i
nterpret anything.

How To Use It

  • Choose one situation only

  • Complete it in one sitting

  • Take the action you name

You can return to the tool later for other decisions,

one at a time.

Over time, you may even notice you need it less.

You'll recognize faster what brings clarity.

Final Word

Don't let yourself get caugth up in thinking you need more time, more analysis, or another perspective...

You simply need to decide.

And that's what The Pivot Point helps you with...
without the bullshit, without the overthinking, without the constant looping.
