A Space For Us

Sometimes we need space to share what's alive in us, not to get advice, but just to let it breathe. Sometimes we need someone to hold space with us, to remind us we're not alone. Sometimes we just need to sit with others and feel that human connection.

A Space For Us is exactly that.

This is a shared experience: part sharing circle, part facilitated space.

I’ll hold the container and gently guide the evening, allowing what needs to emerge to do so at its own pace.

We come together and share what's true in the moment, whether that’s a feeling, a thought, or something you want to name out loud. We listen.

At times, I may offer reflections or gentle facilitation. Sometimes we'll move or sit in silence.  At other times, we may move, sit in silence, laugh, or feel emotion together.
