A Space For Us

This is a shared experience: part sharing circle, part coaching, part whatever wants to happen.

There's no set topic or plan or right way to show up.

We come together and share what's alive (a feeling, a thought, a moment, a truth). We listen. Sometimes I'll offer reflection, coaching or facilitation (ie. group exercises). Sometimes we'll move or sit in silence. Sometimes we'll laugh, sometimes cry.

This is about being together. To witness, express, and connect.

If you share, you decide what you need. Feedback, coaching, or just space to be heard. It's yours.

If you don't want to share, you don't have to. You're welcome to simply listen and just. be. No pressure.
