Hello, I'm Jazmin Medrano
I am Mexican, California raised, Berlin based since 2012. Worked 8 years in the music business industry in LA and Miami, traveled the world for 14 months that came from a sudden gut feeling, and over a decade of working with founders, executives, creatives, and leaders across industries.
I've had my share of experiences throughout my life that have taught me a lot. From quitting jobs, ending relationships, moving countries, and making difficult decisions that nobody around me understood at the time (some still don't). None of what I did was "easy", yet I did it because I knew deep inside that I needed to in order to truly discover who I am, and be in alignment with that. I knew that if I "stayed", I would spend my life going through the motions, living on autopilot... a life I didn't consciously choose or want, and I was not willing "die slowly" for the sake of comfort, convenience, or because "that's just how life is".
Yes, I am educated, trained and have ticked boxes that put me in a position to be able to coach and facilitate. And yet I've learned the most through my own lived experiences, through breakdowns, (professional) failures, depressions, conflicts, mistakes, burnouts, panic attacks, travels, and also those heartfelt, ecstatic, memorable experiences where I let myself be seen. And all of that, paired with my own innate gifts, is what I bring into the work I do with human beings.

This is a catalytic partnership; intuitive, strategic, and human. I walk with you as a coach, guide, mirror and sparring partner; supporting you in living from clarity, and clearing what isn’t.
My work blends emotional intelligence with sharp discernment and creative energy. I create space where we can go deep, and I hold it with care and guidance. I will not let you perform a version of yourself. I will directly invite you to show up.
